[Zope-CMF] Properties Tool: missing tab?

Howdy again,

I went to the Properties Tool, expecting to change my Portal's Title and to my 
surprise, the Properties Tool doesnt have a Properties Tab anymore. I cant 
remember exactly if it was there before, but i recall of having used it at 
least once.

Please anyone confirm.
