[Zope-CMF] Permissions changing on copy/paste

I have two CMF (Plone) sites, one that I've been using for development, and 
a fresh version that I'm beginning to get set up for production use. When I 
copy content from the old to the new, it has the aquire setting removed 
from Access contents info and View permissions. Why is this, and how can I 
stop it? It's a bit of a pain to go through manually afterwards and turn 
them all back on.
