[Zope-CMF] CMF, ZPT... confused.

Hi,

A few month ago I started to look, on and off, at Zope and CMF. I was
trying to find my way through DTML and skin concepts when... And then,
I stopped, too busy on an other topic.
Last week, I tried to catch up, and I found Zope 2.5, CMF 1.2 and ZPT.
I must admit that I'm a bit confused because I do not know where to
start by now. Should I jump directly into Zpt? What do I do with all
those folders under Portal_Skins ? In short, how do I start now?
Any suggestions are welcomed.
