[Zope-CMF] Weird ZPT Error when customizing

I'm experiencing a similar problem with ZPT..

Running Zope 2.4.3, I just installed CMF 1.2 and found that I can 
customize DTML just fine through the zmi, but changes to ZPT 
templates are not saved. After editing, or uploading the ZPT 
template returns/remains in the previous state.
