[Zope-CMF] Relative links in structured text

Plone CVS, CMF CVS, Zope 2.5.1

If I create CMF Document in (say) the root of a CMF site, using
structured text, how can I create relative links to other documents in
that site? At the moment, if I say "something like this":some_other_page
then the link comes out as

http://blah.com/plone_site/index_html/some_other_page

rather than

http://blah.com/plone_site/some_other_page

I would just use links like /plone_site/some_other_page, but when I move
the site to the production server the /plone_site/x will become simply
/x so all the links would need updating. Any ideas how I can do this?

Another little stucture text thing, probably off topic:

"some text":/some_url, puts the comma in the url. This can't be right,
can it?

Cheers,
Hamish
