This may or may not pertain to the fix Florent sent in for the 
types tool, but...

I see how one can filter allowed_content_types via the types tool.

Can a portal folder be created and have allowed content types set 
as an attribute of the object, or does the current implementation 
only allow control of allowed content types at the type tool level?

If it can be done.. how would one go about setting the filter at 
creation or edit time?
