OK, sounds reasonable.  I have learned the hard way that it is tough to sell
your users something they do not really want.  Just make sure they want the
functionality you plan to deliver.

Well first of all it would be used to share files with each other. 
Later on it could be opened to outside world so that people who 
participate in their projects can join into their workspaces and share 
same notes, info and files.
