Check your customized pages against generic CMF 1.3 pages
You also might want to take a look at the differences between generic CMF
1.2 and 1.3 pages

I had a similar problem after upgrading to CMF 1.3.
Hitting the news link listed all files regardless of type.
Had to compare generic CMF 1.2 against 1.3, some things have changed :-)
