[Zope-CMF] How to change a default behavior

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to change the default behavior of Zope when
a user tries to access restricted content.  The current behavior is to
automatically pop up a user name and password dialog box from the
browser.  I want to change this so that instead of a dialog box, a page
is displayed telling the user that the content is restricted...How
easy/hard is this to do?
