When you copy an object in CMF it is in its default stage (visible). You =
probably have to write a script that does the copying and republishing.

Subject: [Zope-CMF] Migrating content between portals

  Hi All,
I'm currently combining 3 CMF portals into one, and I'd like to end up =
with one portal in which each old instance is contained within a folder. =
When I cut and paste content using the ZMI, the content moves, but =
doesn't show up in Folder Contents view. Is there something that I can =
do to make them show up, or should I be doing this in a different way?
  =20
  Thanks,
  =20
