I don't find this file in 2.6.0/2.6.1b1/2.6.1b2/2.6.1
A search for 'fscheck.py' in either zope.org or google turns out nothing.
A search for 'fscheck' on google gives results unrelated to Zope.
A search for 'fscheck zope' gives no results.
