As I understand from the documentation it is not because the worklists
are global and the roles etc. are used against the portal root. So if
I enter Owner, the owner of the portal_root is evaluated.

I tried to use

python:state_change.object.Creator==here.portal_membership.getAuthenticatedMember().id

in worklist expression but that didn't work.

Still trying ...
