Use what the Python Cookbook calls the DSU ("decorate-sort-undecorate")
pattern:

  contents = []

  for v in context.listFolderContents():
      contents.append( ( v.Title(), v ) )  # "decorate w/ sort key

  contents.sort()

  return [ x[1] for x in contents ]  # undecorate
