[Zope-CMF] performance w/ files in the cmf

On last suggestion.

Try multple folders:

/cmf/test/favicon.ico
/cmf/test/test1/favicon.ico
/cmf/test/test1/test2/favicon.ico

Lets see if it is acquisition (folder to folder) or just the one time CMF
user/skins thing.

It does bring up the question of whether we can delete skins we don't use.
