[Zope-CMF] invokeFactory hook

Hi Chris,

At this point OrderedFolder is fulfilling my requirements and I haven't
yet begun using/testing manage_afterAdd and friends.

(CMFDefault/Image.py and CMFDefault/File.py seem to demonstrate very
well how these 'hooks' could be used)
