Can't confirm this on Win2k by starting unittests manually:

   Python 2.3.3
   Zope 2.7.1
   current CMF HEAD

Sorry for the inconvenience! Really!

I wasn't able to test the test_all.py in CMFUid under Win2k :-(.
(I made a zopectl.bat which is a modified copy of runzope.bat)
