[Zope-CMF] necessary permissions to hide content in a folder

Hi,
i have a site in which managers create an publish
folder.
members and reviewer must ne able to create files in
these folder.
In the workflow a give the permission 
Add Documents, Images, and Files  to members and
reviewer for the published state of the folder.
It doesn't works. Perhaps another permissions are
needed.
An idea?
