[Zope-CMF] Topics - subtopic order

 I'm using topics in Plone.  I assume they are CMF objects and this is the
best place to discuss them.

My subtopics appear in the order I created them.  Is there any way to
reorder them like you can with objects in a folder?

In the ZMI I can see them in the topic like objects in a folder (which I
assume they are), but I can't copy and paste them.  Why is that, and is
there a way around it?
