[Zope-CMF] CPS 3.2.0 (stable) released

I've just released the archives for CPS 3.2.0 on zope.org (which is a 
bit flaky at this time):

http://zope.org/Members/nuxeo/Products/CPS3/CPS-3.2.0

And, for backup, on our static releases repository:

http://nuxeo.com/static/releases/

I'm going to issue a more formal announcement soon.

This is mostly CPS 3.1.6 + few fixes + a new welcome text.
