I won't do the work to make 1.4 compatible with 2.8, but I don't object
to others' trying, as I'm not making 1.4 releases any longer.

CMF 1.5 has already been tweaked for 2.8 compatibility.  The main reason
I don't support 1.4 any longer is that I didn't want to have to test
against 2.6, but Stefan Holek is keeping us honest there.
