OK, I've applied them, and run the test via:

  $ bin/zopectl run ../../CMF-1.4-head/all_cmf_tests

in an instance home.  Oddly, they product 380 tests passing, rather than
the 402 which pass with:

  $ bin/zopectl test

but I don't care much (probably some module is not included in one of
the 'test_all' modules' lists).  I added a DeprecationWarning to
'all_cmf_tests', as well.
