I'm actually planning to have this land in GenericSetup 1.3, even though
there is a beta outstanding.  Given that the drivers for the change are
Plone 3 core types (Rob Miller, especially), I'd like to bend the policy
a bit to get this in place for Plone 3 / CMF 2.1.
