GenericSetup has grown an undocumented dependency on
five.localsitemanager:  in particular, the 'cmfout' bulidout explicitly
wires that egg into the path.  CMFCore ships with its *own* copy of
file:lsm, which it jams onto the path if it isn't already importable
(blech!)

I will work on making 'setup.py test' work in an isolated virtualenv
tomorrow.
