Hiya Jean-Michel,

we had a recent discussion about this and Yuppie drew up some useful  
guidelines - http://svn.zope.org/*checkout*/CMF/trunk/CODINGSTYLE.txt

So at the moment it's a no go on enforcing unicode for setTitle,  
setDescription, et al.
