[Zope-DB] MySQLDA and Windows - a perennial problem

I am trying to install the MySQL DA and drivers on a windows box.  I've
looked back through the list and searched fruitlessly for a howto and
found several queries like this posted but none of the answers seem to
lead me to a resolution. The Zope Web Application Construction Kit says
"it is not advisable to use MySQL with Zope on a windows machine" but
doesn't go into detail and then says "try to find someone who can give
you the binary version of the database adapter and the database
drivers...compiled on a Windows machine."  Can anyone point me to a
source of such suitable binaries?
