[Zope-DB] help appreciated [Virus checked]

After creating about 20 ZSQL Methods and polishing them out,

I tried some changes in "opt/Zope-2.8/lib/python/Shared/DC/ZRDB" which
worked fine.
But then these Objects all appreared like this:
Abrechnung (This object from the ZSQLMethods product is broken!)
 Exportind ZSQLMethods from another machine, an reimporting it in the
'broken' one
had the effect, that under Control_Panel/Products it is back but in the
right hand screen part under the add button, this and others are still
missing.

Can I get my work back and if so, how would I extract the content of my
SQLMethods into (text-)files ?

This raises the more general question of backup and recovery.

Any pointers and/or suggestions ??
