Zopistas,

I don't want to complicate zope, especially DTML, too much, but would it
cause a huge problem if:
<dtml> was aliased to <dtml-var standard_html_header>
 and 
</dtml> was aliased to <dtml-var standard_html_footer> ?

I think it would be very handy and fairly logical.
