Yep, that's it.  Looks like I screwed up while doing documentation and
cleanup on the file just before release (I was changing parameter names for
consistency in the internal docs).  :(  I'll get this fixed today, and see
about releasing an updated beta that also fixes the missing "help"
directory for PlugIns.
