[Zope-dev] ZCatalog: Updating pre-2.4 indexes to PluginIndexes

I have a site with a number of ZCatalogs that have a whole load of 
pre-2.4 indexes. I want to upgrade them all to new PluginIndexes.

I'd hoped there would be an upgrade button in the ZCatalog ZMI, or that 
they would get upgraded automatically when I reindex the catalog. Sadly not.

Has anyone written an external method (or something) for this?
