This is because the default is to mount a temporary storage at
/temp_folder.  Since you overrode the default, you need to specify the
tempfolder storage in the config.

Something like this (untested) as an additional zodb_db entry should
work:

<zodb_db temporary>
  <temporarystorage>
    name sessions
  </temporarystorage>
    mount-point /temp_folder
</zodb_db>
