[Zope-dev] PageTemplates Unicode to trunk (?)

I'd like to get feedback and/or approval about a branch before I
merge it to the trunk.

Differences from trunk are:
	- File upload box grows a charset field to specify the character
	  set of the file being uploaded
	- pt_upload converts an uploaded file to Unicode if the charset has
	  been passed.
	- "assert type(text) is type('')" removed from write()

	if management_page_charset is set:
		- pt_setTitle sets the title to a Unicode string if it isn't
		  a valid ASCII string
		- pt_edit sets the contents to a Unicode string if it isn't a
		  valid ASCII string
