WebDAV access is protected in Zope.

Either allow it for "Anonymous" or tell Eclipse to authenticate you (and
ensure you have the necessary permission).

Configure your "error_log" object to not ignore "Unauthorized".
Reproduce the error and look into the "error_log" for the
resulting traceback.
