Copy the 'Components/BTree' directory from a Zope 2.7 checkout into your
$SOFTWARE_HOME/lib. Copy the 'setup.py' from Zope 2.7, and hack it
apart to include only the bits which built the old BTrees. Then run
that new setup_old_btrees.py script.
