Using zc.buildout. This is my buildut.cfg:

[buildout]
parts = zope zopepy
extends = versions.cfg
unzip = true

[zope]
recipe = zc.recipe.egg:scripts
eggs = Zope2

[zopepy]
recipe = zc.recipe.egg
eggs = Zope2
interpreter = zopepy
scripts = zopepy
