Zope 2 trunk now uses the latest testrunner version. This no longer works:

    /usr/local/python2.6/bin/python ./bin/test --all

Should now be:

    /usr/local/python2.6/bin/python -S ./bin/test --all

or just:

    ./bin/test --all
