I disabled the z3c.* tests on the winbot now. If someone has time to
reconfigure it, so those are only run but don't sent out mail
notifications - please go ahead.

I did leave the actually used z3c.form enabled, but pinned the lxml
dependency to version 2.3 - instead of taking "latest". 2.3 has binary
eggs for most platforms including Windows, so the build has a chance
to succeed.
