My preference would be to move everything to Github, while at the same
time setting up a mirror (git.zope.org?) of all the repositories under
https://github.com/zopefoundation/).  If *I* were doing the work, I would
probably be trying to follow Nick Coghlan's lead toward setting up a
server based on Kallithea. [1][2][3]

Ideally, we would find a way to mirror the issue content as well, but we
