I had to click through two bad SSL certificate pages (mail.zope.org,
jenkins.starzel.de) to see the error.

I don't want to click through bad SSL certificate pages in order to see
errors.

Anyway, the error is

    The constraint, 4.0.8, is not consistent with the requirement, 'persistent>=4.1.0'.
    While:
      Installing test-ztk.
    Error: Bad constraint 4.0.8 persistent>=4.1.0

so I'm guessing one of ZTK's dependencies got a new requirement on
persistent >= 4.1.0, but nobody bumped the version pin in ZTK.
