[Zope-PAS] how to specify a filter for ldap userfolder?

Hi there,

how can I specify a filter like the following:
(&(sAMAccountType=805306368) (!(sAMAccountName=_*)) (!(sAMAccountName=~*))
(sn=*) (!(givenName="")) (givenName=*) )

to retrieve users when using LDAPUserfolder?

I have the impression, that I can only define "positive" matches and not
negative ones like !(sAMAccountName=~*)
