[Zope-PAS] roles on the anonymous user

For some environments I need to be able to add a role for people coming
from a specific IP address (for example to add a role everyone on
campus). At the moment PAS does not support that: roles are determined
in the _findUser method but not in _createAnonymousUser.

Are there any reasons for not doing that there as well?
