[Zope-PAS] _verifyUser() broken for anonymous

Any thoughts on the fix itself?
I've got two branches now, against trunk and against 1.5:

.../branches/slinkp-fix-anonymous-performance-branch
.../branches/slinkp-fix-anonymous-performance-1.5-branch
