[ZWeb] Zope application debut

What a great article!  Congrats Tim, ya devil dog!

Since it appears that AppWatch is no longer Zope (is it this right?), I
propose that we replace it on the "Zope Exits" list with FreePM.  Tim, can
we do some other things to drive eyeballs to you, such as a "Spotlight On"
or a case study?
