[ZWeb] digicool.com releases URL busted

I can't browse to <http://www.digicool.com/releases/ExtensionClass>.
My browser starts attempting to suck pages in until I stop it; I got
to
<http://www.digicool.com/releases/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/js_css/standard_dc_stylesheet.css>
before I quit. Looks like an aq error...

This is a very important URL because it is listed in the _Python
Essential Reference_!

Same if I try to start at <http://www.digicool.com/releases/>. If I
try <http://www.digicool.com/releases> I get an ugly Zope error, not a
404.

Important URLs need to last forever.

I think that user navigation by lopping off the ends of URLs should be
supported, although I'm not sure if the server adding the / to mean
"this is a directory; give me the default page for it" is a convention
or a standard.
