[ZWeb] A new proposal

I haven't been following the discussions too carefully, so i'm not sure 
what the protocol is for giving feedback.  Since it sounds like there's 
been a deficit of feedback, i'll just give some casual responses here.

I prefer the first, because it has at least *some* visual distinction
between areas on the page - ie the yellow area versus everything else.  I
realize the distinction has to be used sparingly, and like the crispness
of the generally white page, but feel overall like the page is crowded.  
I like the use of light blue text for the left sidebar, but think i would
much prefer if it had just a touch more distinction from the body text -
perhaps a background color, perhaps a stronger frame - maybe even a
light-blue bordered table-cell box...

Just some thoughts...
