[ZWeb] Q: Available for participation?

Working on ratings won't require a working sandbox.  Just get the 
TinyCounter code and try to add it to a CMF product in another sandbox.

It is completely unrealistic at this point to get a sandbox working.  It 
would take too much of our time coaching someone and too much time and 
frustration on their part.

If someone was going to make a very large commitment to nzo development, 
then we'll consider it.  Otherwise, the LDAP and migration code issues 
simply aren't worth it.

IMO, it is much more realistic to simply give selected people (those 
that are committed to heavy participation) shell access to a debug area 
we create.
