[ZWeb] NZO updates? poking my head up. please dont chop it off. :)

The makefile build system (sandbox build system) has been updated a
couple of times in the recent months.  That's the extent of my
contribution. ;-)  Sidnei was also nice enough to set up a
semipublic LDAP server for folks to point their sandboxes at...
