It would be nice to have details about this. This would to take the good
decisions.

Or explain where the atomic problems are and have several people work on
theese atomic tasks ? As usual, we have to find volunteers :(
Could we have details on theese scripts ? At least source code ?

IMHO, the best idea is a repeatable migration script.
