[ZWeb] Problem installing sandbox

If somebody who installed the sandbox successfully could send me the
file Instance.conf I could try to adapt it.

I intend to work with one of my people tomorrow and Monday on the Business
section. I would hate to send him home (after he got up early on a
Saturday)!
