[ZWeb] NZO update

The email below, from Mar 19, stated that Jeffrey would manage the 
zope.org volunteers.  But I don't think any of us were contacted.

What's the gameplan for zope.org/nzo volunteers?  Jeffrey, have you 
gotten your brain wrapped around NZO?
