[ZWeb] Front Page & Other Changes

Well, the wild boar were hiding, and the sun went down too quick, and it 
started raining, so I got some more time to play with the front page ;-)

I've moved the "ad boxes" to the middle and, as a result, brought the 
News box up to the top so you can see it without having to scroll down.

I did try putting the ad boxes in two columns, but it didn't really 
work, so stuck with having them in one column.

What do people think?
